Adjectives are pleasantly stable
An Armenian adjective normally comes before its noun and does not change for gender, number, or case. The same dictionary form can therefore describe many different nouns.

Սուրճը տաք է։Surchə tak’ e.The coffee is hot.Pronunciation: ch is unaspirated; ə is “uh”; k’ is aspirated.
Մեքենան թանկ է։Mek’enan t’ank e.The car is expensive.Pronunciation: k’ and t’ are aspirated.
