Basic sentence order
Assemble useful sentences without translating English word for word.
Start with subject–object–verb
A useful beginner pattern is subject + object or complement + verb. Adjectives normally come before nouns. In present-tense verb phrases, the auxiliary can move toward the focused part of the sentence, so learn common sentences as complete patterns.
Useful sentence frames

Build from small units
Սա լավ սուրճ է։Sa lav surch e.This is good coffee.Pronunciation: ch is unaspirated.
Ես հայերեն եմ սովորում։Yes hayeren em sovorum.I am learning Armenian.
Մենք այսօր տանն ենք։Menk’ aysor tann enk’.We are at home today.Pronunciation: k’ is aspirated.
