Future verbal noun plus “to be”

A common Eastern Armenian future uses a verb form ending in -ու (-u) together with the present forms of “to be”. In the negative, the negative auxiliary comes before the future form.

Վաղը աշխատելու եմ։Vaghə ashkhatelu em.I will work tomorrow.Pronunciation: gh is voiced and throaty; ə is “uh”; kh is throaty.
Մենք Հայաստան ենք գնալու։Menk’ Hayastan enk’ gnalu.We are going to Armenia.Pronunciation: k’ is aspirated.
